TRAVIS DECKER
Hello my name is Travis Decker. I am 37 years old and I live in Alba Texas with my wife Jaime Decker of 7 years. My dad started me hunting and fishing as early as I can remember which has continued to be my passion to this day. I work in the fire and life safety industry while providing part time guided crappie trips on Lake Fork. I also provide guided spot and stalk thermal hog hunts in my area as well. I started crappie fishing at the National Level in 2022 taking home a top 25 finish at the Wally Marshal invitational on Tablerock Lake, MO. In 2023 we won rookie team of the year for Crappie Masters National Trail along with 3 other top 10 finishes. I also participate in Crappie anglers of Texas winning 2nd place AOY in 2023 as well as several first place finishes at the local level. I closed out this year with a win at the Crappie USA national championship on Lake Cumberland as well as a win at the National Crappie league Tournament on Lake D’Arbonne, LA. I am excited to see what 2024 has in store for me.
